What is included?
A visit to your premises by an experienced Finance Director, arranged at a mutually convenient time to review the way that you run the financial and operational side of your business.
What do you look at?
Pricing, processes, systems and the finance team as well as communication and reporting.
How long does it take?
A half a day spent with you and your team/s.
How will I know what they find?
After spending some quality time with an experienced Finance Director, who will give you a verbal report on the day, you will also get a written report within 14 days, highlighting some of the key suggestions and an action plan.
Who is it for?
Any sole trader, limited company or plc, partnership, educational establishment or government organisation, trade body or charity. Whatever category you fit into, you are eligible.
